How do I make payment?
We have various online payment options, including direct EFT. No refund can be done on a licence transaction once the licence has been processed and paid for.
What happens if I do not timeously make payment of the invoice?
The invoice will be canceled after 72 hours, and you will need to make a new application on your online profile.
What happens if I have infringement notices against my name?
We will contact you and advise you about the value of your infringement notices, and at your instruction, we’ll issue you another invoice for the infringement notices against your name for us to pay them on your behalf.
Once I’ve made the payment, how will I know if my application has been received?
We will send you an email to confirm that payment has been received
How can I track the status of my application?
i. We will send you a tracking number for delivery via courier
When can I expect my licence disc to be delivered?
We typically have a 48-hour (business days) turnaround time, and we’ll advise should there be any delays
In which areas is the delivery service currently available?
We are currently only operating in Gauteng.
What if I have more than one vehicle licence disc that I’d like to get renewed?
We provide fleet services that allow you to renew the license discs of several vehicles under your management. Additionally, you can also upload more than one vehicle under your profile for renewal, including your trailer, boat, motorbikes, or caravan.
